The conference will be held in hotel “Arkadia”. The Arkadia area is the most popular and has lots of restaurants and activities. Where most of the participants will be accommodated: 24 Genuezkaya St., Odessa 65009, Ukraine . The hotel is located in the recreation zone of Odessa (see the map). It offers reasonable quality/price ratios and provides a variety of services (conference hall, lodging, meals, refreshment (bar)). Apart from “Arkadia”, participants may choose among a large number of near-by hotels, although “Arkadia”, epicenter of the conference may be the optimal choice. The Organizing Committee will take care of your reservation in hotel “Arkadia”, otherwise everybody is free to choose any alternative e.g. in the neighbouring luxurious (but more expensive) “Atlantic” hotel: 24a Genuezskaya street, Odessa 65009 Ukraine. A limited number of budgetary (cheap) accommodation, also close to the conference site, will be available by individual request. Remember that Odessa in August is crowded by tourists, so reservation must be done in advance. Participants can make reservation in hotel "Arkadia" via the Organizing Committee, indicating their choice in the Registration Form.
